am mäntig hei mr di erschti wohnigsinspektion gha. d verwaltig chunnt so ca. all 6 mönet dr schtand vor wohnig cho inschpiziere! circa ä wuche im vorus hei mr äs schriebe übercho, wo si sech agmäldet hei und ä 'routine inspection guide' bigleit hei. hie äs paar uszüg:

- the property is very clean and tidy throughout with any stains removed from carpets
- all cupboards, shelves, drawers and benches are cleaned
- walls and doors are cleaned of all marks
- stove, griller, oven and exhaust fans are cleaned
- windows and sills are cleaned inside and outside where possible
- all garbage, bottles and rubbish is removed from the premises
- bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, with all mould and soup scum removed from tiles and grouting. ceiling mould must also be removed. toilets to be cleaned inside and out, and the bathroom floors to be mopped

ha ne ziemleche schock gah, woni die lischte gseh ha! isch ja wie bire wohnigsabgab...! dr james un ig hei de uf jede fall dr sunntig abe mit putze vrbracht. är hett d chuchi putzt, i ds bad. d fänschter, chuchichäschtli u schublade hei mr de aber beidi total übertriebe gfunde u lah sy. mit em teppich sy mr üs nid einig gsi. für mi wär schtoubsuge gnueg gsi. dr james hett aber gfunde, mier sötte no öppis gäge di verschiedene fläcke undernäh u hett dr fläckespry afa extensiv isetze. äs hett gnützt. d fläcke si itz wäg. meh als wäg. dr teppich isch itz gschpränklet mit ufghelleti schtellene :-))

d inspektion sälber isch ä churzi sach gsi. i kem verhältnis mit em putzufwand. aber wenigschtens hett si nüt zum ussetze gha. si isch sogar sehr nätt gsi. ds nächschte mal wärde mr äuä nümm so intensiv putze...
